Morphe Magic!

I took a trip to Liverpool for my one year anniversary with my boyfriend and I was besotted when I saw the Morphe store standing there in all its glory. I am from South Wales and I have never had the privilege of being able to stroll around a Morphe store, swatch items and see physical products before purchasing. To say I was in Mecca, was an understatement.

When the store employee told me there was 30% off everything, I could not help but splurge. So, enough blabbering, to see what I bagged from Morphe, continue reading...

  1. Morphe Concealer- Shade '2'.

I have wanted this concealer for the longest time, but I have a slight concealer addiction, so knew I should wait until I had used the majority of the ones I already owned before purchasing. This is the perfect match for my skin and if you would like a review, please let me know in the comments.

2. P Louise Eyeshadow Base

Another thing I have wanted to/needed to invest in for years, was this base. I thought now was the best time as during covid I do the bare minimum makeup but, wanted to start practicing and creating eyeshadow looks once again. Using this as my base, seemed like the only option as it is such a hyped up product.

3. Nose Contour Brushes

How amazing are these brushes? A nose contour brush is genius in my opinion. I am partial to a good bit of nose contouring myself, but finding the right brush to get into them crevices can be a chore, so I had to give these a go! I love how you have three options to ensure that those nose contour is perfection!

My favourite part - LIPS!!!

Morphe Lip Liners are my favourite lip-liners, they are affordable yet achieve like a luxury product, they are smooth, buttery and wear deliciously on the lips, so I just had to my already existing collection. I opted for a classic, nude shade in 'sweet tea' and a bold, true red shade in 'scarlet'. Recently, I cannot go into a makeup store without adding a gloss to my basket, and when I saw the Madison Beer collection, I had to pick up the warm, nude shade, of course. There were a range of colours but I will always gravitate toward a nude gloss. On my travels, I forgot to pack a red lip, and a red lip is PIVOTAL for me on date night, so I located, a classic, blue red and wore it for steak night, and guess what, it stayed on the entire time!

Bronze Time Baby!

Bronzer for me, is a game changer. I feel like it brings every makeup look together perfectly and I cannot leave the house without it. I am partial to a cool, stark contour to define my features, however, sometimes I want an overall warm, bronzed type of makeup look, and I think I've found the one...

Eyes on the prize

Whenever lacking makeup inspiration I feel like a new product always helps regain motivation. Thats what I told myself anyway when purchasing these jaw dropping, beautiful nine pan eyeshadow palettes.

Left: Hot for Hue Right: Blend the Rules

These sized eyeshadows are perfect for travel, they are so condensed that you could even bring two along with you, one for a warm, vibrant everyday look and the other for the needed cool, smokey, night-time look.

And finally... what's the point in good makeup without a base? I have seen this skincare brand all over my Tik Tok feed and trying new skincare products is my guilty pleasure, so when I saw this product, it was mine instantly. I decided to opt for a bedtime serum, I have a few, but if I do a religious skincare it tends to be at night-time, so I knew I would gain use from this oil. Hemp oil itself is an ingredient I have always wanted to dabble for many of its properties, the main one being its ability to help clear up acne and overall strengthen the skin.
